Through various modalities of massage and body work, I strive to help relieve mental and/or physical pain and tensions that build up in your body. With consistent massage therapy targeted to your specific goals, I believe I can help raise confidence, range of motion in the body and all in all the quality of your life. In my years of practice I have learned and developed effective deep tissue and myofacial release techniques. I have studied CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release through the Upledger Institute. These modalities have a wider range of benefits and can help those suffering from the effects of cancer treatments, PTSD, TMJD, spinal injuries and conditions, chronic pain and migraines, and even fibromyalgia. I will do everything I can to help my clients reach their goals and be open to learning different body work modalities to help you achieve them!
