I have worked in a couple high end spas which were fabulous, but I found my true niche working with Chiropractors. I full-heartedly believe in the innate healing our bodies process when we free the nervous system of dysfunction. I have seen many clients heal and flourish by utilizing a combination of Massage Therapy and Chiropractic care.
I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy, especially in the upper body. I will spend an entire hour just working the head, neck and shoulders because I know how important and complex these areas are. I have helped many clients regain a more enjoyable and pain-free quality of life who suffer from: migraines, headaches, poor posture, whiplash, torticollis, frozen shoulder, carpel tunnel, and many other conditions. Hearing multiple clients tell me that I help them get through the week brings me true bliss. I love helping people feel better!
Currently, I work Monday's and Friday's at Haywood Chiropractic in Blue Springs, MO. I take appointments from 9am - 5pm. I am also available to do in-home appointments upon request.
On my days off from massage, I am VERY busy at home raising my (almost) 2 year old twin boys with my husband, Marshall! I am also training to teach ballet at Blue Springs Ballet Company - where I grew up dancing from the age of 3 :) I am very blessed to be able to do what I love every day!
