I'm trained in Swedish massage, Sports Massage, Medical massage, and 5-Element Shiatsu. I opened my own practice over 5 years ago in New York City, then relocated to Minneapolis where I've worked for a few large companies and some celebrity clients. Kenisha is warm and easy to be with. She is experienced, and so knowledgeable about what areas need extra attention without me telling her. That hot stone massage is my gift to me, and it is the best decision I have made to prioritize my well-being. It actually started a few years ago when my husband got me a gift card and since then, it has become a consistent part of my self care.

She listened to every single one of my requests and needs! I tend to be modest, but she told me to say stuff during the massage, and she responded perfectly!!! That, and her therapy is probably the deepest I have ever had - and I have experienced some 15-20 massage therapists. Trust me, if you like/need massage therapy, she is all good things - and if not, ask her to change something (and I'll bet she'll do it!!!)!!
