Massage has always been in my life, but it was still a surprise when it became a career. I practice integrative Swedish which allows me to blend in techniques that I have fundamental training in. This massage tends to approach the body looking for imbalances and needs within the tissue to alleviate tensions. Sometimes there are small exercises we do on the the table, or different positions than a typical massage therapist would ask for as we access different tissues.

He has a wonderful combination of intuitive feel and deep, thorough knowledge of the human body. He was incredibly helpful in the healing of an old shoulder injury, and can work whatever problem I have going. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for pain relief and help with problem areas.
