Relaxation through structure.

Massage has always been in my life, but it was still a surprise when it became a career. I practice integrative Swedish which allows me to blend in techniques that I have fundamental training in. This massage tends to approach the body looking for imbalances and needs within the tissue to alleviate tensions. Sometimes there are small exercises we do on the the table, or different positions than a typical massage therapist would ask for as we access different tissues.

I went in with pain in my hips and back. By the time Keith was done, my back was straighter and I felt basically pain-free. I appreciated the fact that Keith took the time to ask questions, explain what he was doing, and check in with me to make sure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure he was using. I already made an appointment for 2 weeks from now.🙂

I've had some real long-term tension in parts of my body that I thought were just going to be chronic. After talking with Keith, he was able to target and make some of these spots more mobile than they've been in years. Really happy with the session!

I have been going to Keith Loman for around 2 years and he has been great! I usually go to him for migraine and shoulder pain and he has been helpful. He listens very well and takes care of your concerns. The ambiance is great. I am sensitive to any smells or fragrance and I did not face any problem. I would definitely suggest to try.

Keith is amazing. He understands the muscular structure so well and knows how to remove tension. I have seen him weekly for several years and know my body functions well because of him. He has helped my hips and back enormously. I am so so sorry to see him leave Bloomington. I recommend him without reservation and will miss him.

My husband always comes back SO renew from his massage with Keith ! So I finally went (after braking my arm). I had many massages in my life but this was a different experience all together.
