Before becoming a licensed massage therapist, I spent over ten years working as a lifestyle coach and meditation instructor. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative nutrition, a school out of NYC that certifies its graduates in Holistic Health Coaching. I was yearning for a way to bring my life experience into a profession that follows ethical standards, one in which I could feel a sense of integrity while supporting my clients into health. I have an innate, empathic sense that wants to support people on a path towards self-awareness and self-empowerment.  Over the years I learned that I am highly intuitive, creative and compassionate. Becoming a licensed massage therapist completed me. My massage license is my ticket into doing the work I have always dreamed of doing with people.  Thank you for your interest in working with me. Roxana is the body whisperer! If you have discomfort you can describe - give Roxana the green light 💚 to do what's best! Some treatment may feel uncomfortable at times, very - in regard to her fascia work (layers of connective tissue) BUT discomfort is temporary - during treatment. I had pain I thought was in my bones. Felt like it anyway! Turns out, fascia! I only happened to mention, as it had become my norm. Roxana asked questions and said "sounds like fascia!" I admit, I wasn't convinced. Then Roxana asked to try something. Relief IMMEDIATELY followed my appointment! For the 1st time in a decade!! Roxana offers guided breathing with visualization and timing (very helpful for discomfort during treatment) and share when you've had enough! Roxana appreciates the feedback. She'll know things about your body, you never would. Let her work & you'll get results in the days & weeks following your appt.
