I am a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. My education is in Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic, and Energy techniques. I've also completed additional training in Assisted Stretching and Myofascial Release. I'm board certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports massage.

Your massage session will be tailored for your specific needs and goals. I use a combination of skills and techniques to help you relax and unwind, relieve pain, or recover from a sporting event. I'm available weekday evenings and all day on weekends.

I'm also a fitness class instructor and teach Spinning, Insanity, and Les Mills Bodypump and CXWorx class formats. My background in fitness enables me to focus specifically on areas of your body that have been stressed due to exercise or over-exertion.
