I'm a mom and a wife. 

I'm a USAF veteran.

 I live with chronic pain,  PTSD and anxiety. 

 All of these things inform the work I do, giving me an intrinsic perspective on how pain and mental health can be so deeply intertwined.

  I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2005, having studied NMT and myofascial release in school.  My own journey to become comfortable in my own body has led me to neural reset therapy, stretching, massage cupping and meditation.

This was not my first, and was far from being my last, visit with Heidi. The moment I walk in her studio, it's an ahhhh experience - so much so that I hate to leave when my massage is over. And the massage! Oh my, Heidi does have a special touch, and she always makes sure to address my exact needs each and every time. I love that I can chat to my heart's content or just be quiet if that's my mood, knowing Heidi will follow my lead. I'm ready for my next experience...and the next...and the next....

The room/ambiance is so relaxing I always feel like I eventually melt from wound up anxious stressed state of existence into a zen meditative calm. I always feel surprised afterwards at how relaxed and great afterwards.

You go into an instant relax state just walking into the tranquil studio. You’ll find the right massage oil for your needs from the many oils she has available. I highly recommend adding on the butter dip, your hands and feet will thank you! My massage was the perfect mix of deep tissue and relaxation. I highly recommend Heidi and will be seeing her again soon!

Heidi really listens when I tell her about my problem areas. She makes suggestions of techniques that may be beneficial to what I need work on and customized the massage to provide maximum relief. I have been going to Heidi for past few years and would recommend her for any massage needs
