In 2009, I woke up to realize I had become overweight, sick and dependant on pharmaceutical medications.  After a long search I enrolled at Irene's Myomassology Institute and my journey to wellness began.  Continuing on with education with the Therapeutic/Medical Massage Program at Baker College, Herbal Remedies @ Michigan Institute of Natural Healing and Energy Healing/Master Reiki with Sue Hidalgo @ the Energy Balance Institute. Now 6 years into my bodyworker career, I am an Independant Contractor working out of Acupuncture Health Alliance in Birmingham, Michigan. 


My bodywork and wellness philosophy is global. I believe in Bio-Identity. Each person should be looked at in the whole, complete form. 

My Bodywork:  I do Therapeutic/Medical style massage therapy - I don't believe in charging extra for different body working modalities.  Deep tissue and firm pressure are not the same thing. I have experience in surgical hardware of the neck, ankle and lumbar spine. I have additional training in shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.  Most massage sessions involve a variety of modalities,  blended together to meet client needs.
