Patrick Cook is a native of Nashville, TN with secondary roots in Birmingham, AL for the past 10 years. Patrick uprooted from Nashville to attend college at the University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB). After two years of going through the motions as a traditional student, he quickly realized that his passion and purpose was elsewhere. Outside the walls of a traditional yet diverse university, Patrick engaged in self reflection and uncovered a profound interest in Massage Therapy. Through the fear of the unknown Patrick stepped out on faith and pursued the opportunity to attend Birmingham School of Massage. Here Patrick developed the skills necessary to identify and address specific problem areas and meet the needs of all clients. Since his completion of the program in 2009, Patrick has been blessed with a number of professional opportunities such as an internship in Sports Massage with UAB track team, UAB Women's softball team, UAB Football team and Samford University's Football team. Patrick holds the belief that one should consistently take care of the mind and body . He is passionate about massage and believes that massage creates a balance of the mind and body. With certifications in Swedish Massage Therapy, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy and Hot Stone Therapy, Patrick's goal are to educate clients on the mental and physical benefits of massage through clear and effective communication; in addition to providing quality care to all clients and their individual needs.

Patrick was very professional and nice and I felt comfortable in his presence. The foot bath was a very nice treat; one I have not experienced, in this way, with other spas. I felt very relaxed after my treatment and will make this a continued investment in my overall health.
