As a certified Thai yoga therapist, sound and vibration practitioner, hypnotherapist, and medical massage practitioner, Lemar brings a holistic approach to healing, combining both traditional and modern techniques to help clients achieve optimal health.

In addition to hands-on therapy, Lemar is a successful entrepreneur, having owned and operated Life Touch Massage for over a decade. Under his leadership, the business has earned multiple six figures while training and mentoring over 20 employees.

Committed to elevating the field of massage therapy, Lemar also served on the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy for 5 years, contributing to the development of industry standards and advocating for the profession.

I arrived with shoulder, lower back, and right hip/waist pain. All of my pain was alleviated immediately following my session! What I thought I would eventually need to see a doctor for, was resolved by Lamar’s deep tissue massage! I was truly amazed at the instant relief of the pain I’d been experiencing.
