Katie is a graduate of Birmingham School of Massage. She is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and relaxation style massage, as well as neuromuscular therapy. Katie feels most fulfilled when bringing peace and healing to her clients. Katie is also a 200-hr registered yoga teacher and has been teaching in the Birmingham community since 2018. When Katie is not working she enjoys hiking, cooking, playing around with her cats, and reading.
