Whether you seek relaxation, pain management, or relief from injury, massage therapy is a worthy component to any self-care regimen. The amount of stress held in the physical body is often surprising to many clients, as is the relief a 60 or 90 minute session can bring!

I was born and raised in Birmingham and my husband and I are happy to now be raising our three kids here. After having my first child, I knew that I wanted a career that offered flexibility. I also desired something more fulfilling than my previous office environment. This thinking led me down the path to become a massage therapist. I graduated from the Birmingham School of Massage in 2015 where I became certified in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, as well as Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), which works with trigger points. In addition to those techniques, I offer Hot Stone and Pre-Natal/Post-Natal massage. Headache relief through massage is something I’m very passionate about and have seen positive results from in my clients and personally.
