Mark is very good at what he does. I notice a huge difference after an appointment with him. Very personable too.

Mark brings a magical blend of techniques earned through years of training & experience. I can't explain technically what he does, but it's the most gentle way of guiding the body back into balance. One visit: calming, relaxing and effective...yes, please! He's a favorite "go to" for a nice self care, wellness of type experience, as well as just about any physical ailment. My dog yanked my arm trying to chase a squirrel while walking him on a leash. In one session I went from 6/10 pain/ quite limited range of motion in my shoulder to no pain & full range. After being unable to sit cross-legged on the floor for more than a year because of a tight hip (with stretching, etc.) In one visit, I had no pain & could sit comfortably. Tennis elbow for several months with flair-ups: one visit, all better. With continued normal activities, I experienced no relapse of pain or tightness each time. Each person's experience is unique, however if you've tried other things without success, a visit is well worth considering. I m a RN and without hesitation, I have and will continue to refer clients, family and friends to Mark.

My infant son was born with torticollis which caused a lot of body tension. Working with Mark has made a big difference in his little body!

I went in with a tension headache that was on day 4. Mark worked primarily on my scalp, neck and jaw and I was feeling noticeably better when I left his office. 8 hours later I was feeling 90% better.
