Ever since I was a child, I have been aware that there is more to life than what is seen with the eyes.

As far as I can remember I have always been connected to my own internal guidance system. This doesn’t mean that I was able to go places without consulting a map or that I was any good at giving directions. This internal guidance was about life’s decisions and choices. When I followed it, things in my life turned out amazingly well – even better than I imagined.

Furthermore, I always had the knack for tuning into the internal guidance system of those around me, especially when they were in times of need. Since it came easily to me, I never took it serious or as something that I could use for a career.

And then, when I studied CranioSacral Therapy, I learned about the concept of The Inner Physician. As I listened to the explanation, I realized that this was another way of describing my internal guidance.

A few years ago, I had an “AHA” moment that changed me for good. This is when I realized that my gift to the world is offering and sharing CranioSacral Therapy. At that time, my mother had just completed her second round of chemotherapy. She was in so much pain that it kept her up at night. (I mean she would cry and scream at night because of it.) One fall afternoon, I had my mom lie on my massage table as I listened to her Inner Physician and performed CranioSacral Therapy techniques. She had instant relief and was able to sleep through the night pain-free.

I continued to offer my mom regular CranioSacral sessions until she passed in March of 2016. Each session was unique because I followed her Inner Physician, which showed me exactly what to do to help her. That experience solidified my confidence and trust in The Inner Physician and in CranioSacral Therapy.

Since that time, my ability to listen to another person’s Inner Physician has grown stronger and stronger. Now, I use this ability to help others break free of pain and stress.
