Using a variety of modalities, (Therapeutic, Sports, or Swedish Massage) I facilitate a decrease in muscular pain, an increase in range of motion and flexibility. I strive to educate my clients on how to maintain their body’s balance using different modalities of massage and active stretching techniques.
