Craniosacral Therapy

I received my Craniosacral Therapy training through the Upledger Institute. I was familiar with Craniosacral Therapy when I had sessions once or twice a month during my chemotherapy treatments. I feel it helped greatly with handling the stress of my journey and detoxing faster from all of the chemicals. I am honored to offer this therapy to you to help with any pain, illness or dysfunction you may be experiencing. I also offer Craniosacral Therapy mouth work. This gentle therapy helps many clients with TMJ issues or relief from other mouth trauma. I am also trained to work with children 7 years and older.

Reflexology

I received my certification in Foot & Hand Reflexology from Claire Marie Miller in Bozeman MT. During the class I felt an amazing release in my uterine tube reflex across the top of my foot, I carried some stress related to a tubular pregnancy many years ago. The benefits of foot and hand Reflexology are felt throughout the body. If you prefer to remain clothed and sitting in a relaxing chair, this is the treatment for you! I apply the use of warm, moist basalt stones to each session.

Jennifer is very knowledgeable about reflexology and cranial therapy. I went to her pregnant and during postpartum. She helped me feel socially supported. Also, I told her chiropractors intimidate me and cranial sacral therapy is for super soft girls like me. It felt amazing… like a soft chiropractor adjustment lol.
