Stephanie graduated from Everest Institute in 2006 with her Diploma in Massage Therapy. She has since been certified in Thai Massage, Prenatal Massage and has obtained her Reiki Master’s Certificate. Stephanie now integrates Massage, Energy work and meditation to help women find balance in mind and body.

I have gained more knowledge & confidence with Stephanie in the past 3 weeks than I EVER have with the countless HOURS of watching spiritual YouTubers, courses (free & paid), weekend webinars, and personal researching!
She was able to explain things in a way that I could understand and even more importantly, in a way that resonated with me. It doesn't just start & end during the lesson, she makes herself available between appointments and she gives you guidance to continue the practice at home.
