There truly is a foot-to-body connection and I am honored to assist you by being part of your wellness program through either ionic detox footbaths, foot reflexology, or the combination of both therapies...OSMOLOGY.

The ionic detox helps relieve inflammations, edema, cleanses your body of built-up toxins and oxygenates your circulatory system. As a result, most of my clients report a boost in their energy levels.

I am the second reflexologist authorized by Dr. Manzanares to teach the basics of the Manzanares Method and Science of Reflexology™.  My region is in the New England states, also known as New England Manzanares Method Academy.

In 2010, I received my reflexology certification from the New England Body Therapy Institute in Londonderry NH with Val Voner, author of Practical Reflexology, became Nationally Board Certified by the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB), then I received my NH Reflexology License. which was required by NH in order to practice reflexology.

I attended my first seminar taught by Dr. Manzanares in Boston in 2011 and achieved Proficiency Certification in the Manzanares Method in 2013.

In 2014, Dr. M changed his approach to teaching his method—as though we were in a clinical classroom, which made me want to continue my studies even more with Dr. Manzanares for an additional six years.

In August 2019, I traveled to Barcelona and completed my one-on-one internship with him working with his patients where I learned so much.  I received my Mastery Certification in his Method.
