I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. I am also board-certified by the National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists since 2012.  My experience of 10 years began with helping a franchise spa open their doors as a new spa in the area, worked for an independent Day Spa and a Pain Treatment /Wellness Center, Head of Rehab for chiropractic offices in Wexford and Massage Therapist for 8 years in Lawrenceville. Also, in that time I taught Massage Therapy at Career Training Academy and the Institute for Medical Careers. In 2016, I earned a certification in Health Coaching from the American Council on Exercise. Though nutritional elements were taught as part of the curriculum at the Pain Management School diploma program, I wished to expand on my education and options to help others should I take that direction and offer services in Health Coaching.

Most recently, I have shifted focus toward Massage Therapy and Mental Health. I have begun studies on PNI (Psycho-Neuro-Immunology), Body Psychology and resources (aggressively vetted as science based) on trauma informed massage therapy. These studies provide me with an understanding of how we are affected by our experiences and embody these experiences and the resulting signs and symptoms that emerge. After a decade of seeing this vital aspect missing in Massage Therapy care, I decided to move forward and network with other physicians and mental health providers. My work is goal focused: Relaxation, Stress Reduction and Pain Management. I am an evidence-based Massage Therapist. Along with the hands-on work, my suggestions and encouragement are to help you evolve to wellness. A session with me coupled with other medical interventions you currently pursue such as mental health therapy, physical therapy and chiropractic is to enhance your overall well-being in body and mind.
