I am fortunate to have been a LMT since 2014. I am trained in deep tissue, Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), hot stone massage, and cupping. My favorite techniques are Swedish and NMT. I love being able to totally relax people with a traditional Swedish massage. NMT isn't quite as relaxing but being able to help manage chronic pain is really rewarding.
