I grew up in Budapest, Hungary within an athletic family. My parents athleticism was contagious. I participated in long distance running and power walking. While my family's accomplishments stressed the physical nature of sports, my mother always reminded me of a famous hungarian saying: "Ep testben, ep lelek!"- which translates to "SOUND MIND IN A SOUND BODY". I never knew what that saying really meant until I got older.

I learned Thai-Yoga Bodywork from Paul Cramer and received the Certification from the Lotus Palm School at Kripalu Center Lenox, Massachusetts. I had a great experience there and it confirmed my desire to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. I graduated from the Connecticut Center For Massage Therapy in 2007. Shortly after specialized in corporate onsite massage programs. Learned european chair massage in Budapest, Hungary in 2013 to better serve my clients.
