I focus on your needs and well-being

I am trained as a therapeutic massage therapist. My work is geared towards helping clients achieve pain relief and comfort. I work best with moderate or gentle pressure. Most of my therapeutic sessions combine deep tissue (not to be confused with deep pressure!), myofascial, Swedish, and neuromuscular techniques. A relaxation session will focus more on the long flowing Swedish strokes and gentle myofascial stretching. 


I have additional training in hospice and elder massage.
