Ramon was really strong and got into areas that I didn't know were tight. He also had good advice on other general health aspects.

He really does DEEP massage. Hurts so good. My favorite massage yet. Also, the Latin Jazz was a plus!

I didn't know what to expect for a "sports massage" but I knew I needed something more therapeutic than a simple relaxation massage to work out the extremely tense nerves in my neck causing headaches, dizziness, and numbness/tingling in my arms. It was really starting to be an emergency. Ramon was very personable, greeted me quickly and was masked the entire time. He genuinely wanted to problem solve- evaluating my posture and suggesting some stretches before and after the session. He can be a bit talkative but honestly I like when people lean towards being more personable than transactional. The 90min session was completely clothes-on which I didn't expect but was fine with especially considering it didn't affect the pressure he was able to use. He very thoroughly massaged along my spine and neck, presumably activating pressure points. That was extremely intense and exactly what I needed- my symptoms were instantly relieved. I will be in again to keep working on these issues and hopefully address some other chronic pain points.

Mostly just pressing instead of rubbing massage. Clothes on was not what I expected. Eventually did some types of pressure that helped, but was largely not what I was looking for. Was a nice guy and the approach may be right for some.

I've seen Ramon for close to a year now and keep coming back to see him as he's a very gifted masseuse who knows how to tackle all my problem areas in my body. He usually starts off slow assessing my body, before he jumps into the problem area. He's a masseuse that likes to treat the cause and not symptoms, which I understand and appreciate as often the source of our pain is not always tied to the exact area we complain about. He has a very friendly and has a warm demeanor, which allows me to trust him to do his massage work as he's a skilled expert. 

I had a horrible headache all day and when I walked out Ramon had alleviated my pain completely.
