Relax your body | Calm your mind | Revitalize your spirit

Whether it was participating in multiple team sports throughout my childhood or following my own workout plan, I have always had an interest in fitness and wellness. In January of 2010, I began my journey in martial arts--more specifically, traditional Chinese kung fu--which has changed my life immensely and continues to provide incredible, eye-opening experiences. Coupled with the practice of Meditation, for in true traditional martial arts these two go hand-in-hand, I began to realize that being strong and feeling strong goes far beyond the number of kilograms you can lift. It starts by being in the moment, being fully engaged in the task at hand and sincere in your efforts. Have patience and make everything you do count. The martial arts also introduced me to the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) way of healing. I was fascinated by the philosophy and intricacy that is at the core of this discipline and was immediately hooked!

The gratitude and utmost appreciation I hold in my heart for the opportunity to learn such a profoundly intricate art, as well as experience, first-hand, the benefits of a more holistic approach to healing, is more than anything my words can articulate. I look to carry the lessons learned through my martial arts practice into my approach towards massage therapy--to be in the moment, to be fully engaged with my clients, and sincere in my efforts to help bring balance back to their bodies and, ultimately, their lives. Whether you are familiar with traditional martial arts philosophy or not, the natural principles of functional movement can easily translate and be applied to anyone’s daily routine. With clarity, focus, and drive, together we can build a stronger mind, body, and ultimately, an all-around stronger life.

Take time for you. In order to be able to meet life’s demands, you must first be your best self. This is your chance to take back control--to be strong, to feel strong. As a professional,
I am committed to helping you reach your true relaxation and strength potential. Together we will establish a vision for your wellness goals and work towards achieving the results you strive for, the results you deserve.

In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Art (concentration in drawing and painting) and Master's Degree in Exercise Science (concentration in Wellness and Fitness). I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a StrongFirst Certified Kettlebell Instructor (SFG 1).
