Mary Moore is a true Oregonian at heart. Having moved to a small town on the southern Oregon coast in 1992, before relocating to Bend in 2012, Mary enjoys the active lifestyle that abounds in the high desert.  Her passion for the outdoors is embodied through skiing, hiking, kayaking and disc golf.

A high intensity life can leave a body more than a little sore or injured.  Through her own journey of healing, massage made a profound impact on Mary’s overall wellness.  Graduating from Sage School of Massage has enabled her to assist others on the path to the life they want to live.  Whether it is treating chronic pain, healing an acute injury or simply taking time out to relax and escape the hectic society we live in, Mary creates a custom treatment plan tailored for each individual client.

Working as a medical assistant for over 12 years while living the on coast taught Mary the compassion and patience for treating the human body.  Becoming frustrated with western medicine’s approach to disease, she found massage therapy an effective way to treat the whole person (mind, body and spirit) in a holistic fashion.

The power to heal comes from within, but sometimes we need a bit of help along the way.  Mary can assist you on your path to healing using Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue and treatment massage techniques.
