Lacie is an advocate of the body's inherent ability to self heal. She promotes non-toxic and non-synthetic medicine when possible and uses non-invasive modalities that give people a better experience of their bodies and their healthcare.  A central principle of her practice is encouraging clients to be an active and knowledgeable participant in their healing and performance. Exploring together for the root cause of dysfunction and unwanted sensations. Her philosophy in bodywork is to provide a scientific approach and clinical assessment as a foundation to employ a fine tuned detection for lack of movement, circulation or mispatterning in muscle, fascia and connective tissue.

Her call to bodywork began with a curiosity for the human form while working toward a nursing degree and spending time volunteering with cancer patients. During this time she became drawn to health practices from around the world, noticing the value of treating health from a wider perspective. Keeping one foot grounded in scientific understanding and the other planted in intuition she is drawn to integrate the views of eastern and western medicine. Lacie studied massage therapy at Central Oregon Community College where she received an associates degree in the practice of bodywork and began her practice of serving others in 2018.

Lacie specializes in therapeutic applications to help those experiencing chronic pain or injury, or to meet the needs of those looking to improve performance in movement, suport circulation and encourage fluidity to tissue and joints. Bodywork is manual manipulation of muscular, fascial and connective tissue to alleviate pain and restore function. Through calming or stimulation of the nervous system, supporting lymph and circulatory movement while holding a parasympathetic state, the body can find its optimal state of ease. You may be asked to produce movement, describe sensation or bring awareness or berath to an area. The use of cupping, gua sha, heat and oils is complementary to each treatment and discussed with each session.

Lacie is great! My body always feels so good after massage from her. She’s intuitive and does a great job finding areas of my body that need extra relief. She is comfortable to talk to, and also respects the quiet if you just want to relax.

Lacie did an amazing job of working out a nasty knot in my back. I felt so much better after leaving and my back finally felt relaxed. To my surprise, the massage was both gentle and effective at the same time. She was really generous with her time, and provided me with a lot of great tips to prevent injury in the future.

Lacie is awesome! She knows where I need work, even if I feel like everything is fine. I am fully relaxed during the sessions, so much so that I fall in and out of sleep. I would recommend Lacie 100%.
