From an early age, I knew I wanted a career centered around helping others. From an early age, I knew I wanted a career centered around helping others. Over the years, my interests evolved from veterinary medicine to social work, before I ultimately discovered my true calling in massage therapy in my early twenties. Once I began my studies, it became clear that massage therapy was the right path for me. The combination of kinesiology, pathology, and hands-on therapeutic work deeply resonated with me and continues to inspire my practice today.
I am a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and graduated with honors from the massage therapy program at Central Oregon Community College under the leadership of President Shirley Metcalf.
My approach to bodywork is best described as “East meets West,” blending therapeutic and restorative techniques to create individualized treatment sessions. I incorporate modalities such as cupping, gua sha, reflexology, and Thai table massage alongside deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, and sports massage therapies.
In 2025, I expanded my practice to include internal pelvic floor therapy after completing advanced training with Leslie Stager. I am also continuing my education in trauma-informed care, with a focus on supporting individuals living with PTSD, survivors of trauma, and those receiving end-of-life or hospice care. I believe compassionate, therapeutic touch can play an essential role in recovery, comfort, and overall well-being.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time riding motorcycles with my husband. Together, we often take extended road trips exploring scenic backroads and camping along the way. During the winter months, I enjoy creating art, spending time with my dog, and watching movies.
