Wellness is a journey.

Wellness is journey, much like life is a journey.  I started my journey with massage before I went back to school to become a massage therapist.  I used massage for myself to help me through my own injuries and wellness journey..  I felt that massage was so beneficial to me, I wanted to learn how to help others.  Then I became a LMT in 2014 and I have been following that journey ever since.  I work hard to help my clients with their day to day aches and pains, as well as, getting them back on...

After 10 years of working as a massage therapist, I still love what I do.  My long standing clients have become friends which we share our life’s journeys and our wellness journeys together.  It is such a rewarding feeling to have such wonderful connections with the clients that I treat. 

My massage practice has changed over the years.  I will always be a therapeutic therapist, but I have been adding more gentle modalities like lymphatic drainage and ortho-bionomy that I feel increases my client’s ability to heal and improve their conditions.  I will continue to grow and learn my craft to better treat my clients needs as we go on this healing journey together.

Medical Massage certificate from LMT Success Group. It was truly an in depth course for assessment and treatment of injuries, chronic postural problems, and chronic discomfort. It has been easy to intergrate the techniques into my therapeutic practice

I am continuing to train in Ortho-Bionomy. It is gentle modality with positional release and lymphatic drainage points. This modality works with the body’s self correcting reflexes to promote muscle balance and correction from within. Each session uses gentle movements to increase relaxation and reduce stress with the purpose of bringing the body, mind, and spirit into balance.

Excellent massage therapist. She is trained in several modalities. She works with cupping, hot stone and lymphatic drainage, scar therapy and she just added laser to her practice. I would recommend her to anyone.
