For that I combine the power of prayer with different techniques including, lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, stretching and others that I keep learning and will be continuing to learn.

Elayne gave me the best massage of my life. The lymphatic massage is the best therapeutic massage in existence! I have a monthly subscription at Massage Envy and I've had it for six years and I've never received a massage better than Elayne's. She's also knowledgeable about diet and nutrition. She's offers other wellness procedures as well. She's a miracle worker, very nice and her facility is clean and very decorative!
