For that I combine the power of prayer with different techniques including, lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, stretching and others that I keep learning and will be continuing to learn.

I have gotten a massage with her twice. Both times I went with some kind of pain, different places each time. She has a gift, seriously. I have gotten massages all over the world, Mexico, Africa, Peru, Fiji. And she is the only one that has taken my pain away. So thankful for her amazing work 🙏🏼

This comment section cannot hold enough space for the gratitude I have for Willow Care. Both Regina and Elayne were everything I needed during my recovery process. Before she even started treatment their hugs, kind advice and knowledge gave me instant calm. The hands…… oh my gosh…. The way I was cared for makes me want to care for myself better.
