For that I combine the power of prayer with different techniques including, lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, stretching and others that I keep learning and will be continuing to learn.

Elayne has been incredibly thoughtful since I've been going to see her for my Lymphatic massages. You can tell she enjoys what she does, and she provides education about the Lymphatic system during your sessions. She also offers at home suggestions to ensure that the results from your sessions are prolonged. I leave each massage feeling refreshed, less puffy, and re-balanced.
