Hello Everyone!

       My name is Stephenie Berg. I am from the Lampasas area but moved to Utah to go to massage school. I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2001 and have practiced massage, both full and part time, since then. I also have a bachelor’s in psychology and briefly taught special education. I have a natural tendency to educate and nurture people and I love to not only help relieve people’s pain and stress but teach them how to improve their own quality of life.

I have training and background in Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage-with level one training in structural integration, Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral Therapy, level one Reiki training, Prenatal and infant massage, basic upper body Lymphatic drainage massage, Reflexology, Sport massage, Chair massage, Hot Stone Massage, acupressure, and training in various spa services. I have also independently studied meditation, yoga, aromatherapy.

My goal is to continue to learn and grow in the field of body and energy work. I plan to continue with my Reiki training and expand upon the areas I already have training in. I would also like to become a certified massage therapy instructor as well as get my certification to teach yoga and meditation.
