I graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Hackensack, New Jersey. I have always loved the notion to let the body heal itself, and developed my passion and inspiration from my father's work in Chiropractic. It is incredibly fulfilling to aid in someone's recovery or in their escape from stress and tension. I like to think of the problematic areas in one's body as a puzzle for me to solve; working on the body gives me the necessary clues to help put the pieces back together. I have always been academically inclined and love putting more tools in my tool-belt to better address my client's needs. I am a medically minded practitioner with highly intuitive hands.

Proficient in Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, acupressure, myofascial release, IASTM, neuromuscular, orthopedic, prenatal, active isolated stretching, and sports massage.

I love to wrap these bad boys (my hands) up and punch the bag - I'm training to become the strongest I ever have been and have a happy and healthy 2020! My husband and I are major foodies and will travel a good distance for the best bite to eat and a glass of wine.

The BEST massage therapist I've ever had!! Not only does she explain her process and allow you to feel most comfortable, she knows the best amount of pressure to apply from firm, aggressive or light. She knows and is extremely proficient at her craft extremely well at it. In a professional way, I look forward to back and shoulder pain because she will make it better in the most professional and relaxing way. If I miss an appointment with her, I am not a happy person.
