I had an exceptional experience with Sandra. She is highly skilled in deep tissue massage and have a remarkable understanding of the body. From the moment we started, it was clear she could pinpoint problem areas in my muscles. Her ability to focus on tension points while providing relief and improving mobility was impressive.
The session was both therapeutic and relaxing, and she took the time to explain how certain muscle issues might be connected to my posture and daily habits. I left feeling lighter, more aligned, and with a noticeable reduction in muscle tightness.
