I've always been a hands on kind of person. I worked for 27 years in the lab, doing phlebotomy. I also helped teach phlebotomy to students in the phlebotomy, medical technician and nursing programs for one of the local hospital programs. I am blessed to have found a second career using my hands and heart to help others!

After my son suffered two knee injuries while playing high school football, I was inspired to learn and help reduce the odds of injury, assist in pain reduction and rehabilitation within my scope of practice! If I can help one young athlete (or anyone else) from the fate my son endured through massage and bodywork, I will consider that a success!

Had a neck injury and lower back pain. Audrey is very knowledgeable and has brought relief every time I see her. Leveld my hips and has worked through my issues. Very grateful to be able to see her. Pain that was persistent never came back after seeing her.

Audrey is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing Audrey for several years. I have had back problems with pain for most of my life. In the past year, I have also started having trouble with my hips and shoulders. It had been a while since I had an appointment but she got me in quickly when I told her I needed body work. After the first appointment, I could tell a huge difference in my range of motion. After the second appointment, I would say I was back to 100%. She helped me more in two sessions than 8 weeks of physical therapy ever has. Now, I have regular appointments and I realized the other day that I haven’t complained about my back in weeks! I haven’t had back pain in weeks!! That’s a miracle for me. I can’t say enough good things about Audrey and how she has helped me. She listens to my concerns, works with me, and gives me helpful stretches I can do at home to stay loose. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and kind. Talking with Audrey is like talking to a friend. You can tell she really cares. I highly recommend her services!
