As someone who is on my own fitness journey I understand the importance of recovery and bodywork to maintain an active lifestyle. Jennifer is amazing!! I walk in feeling broken, and by the time I leave I feel like I can move in ways I hadn't even realized we're restricted before. She keys in on areas that need the most work, and always leaves me feeling so much better. 11/10!

My husband was having bad shoulder pain for over a month due to rotator cuff issues. We saw drs, an orthopedic and even went to the ER. Only relief he got was the day after he saw Jennifer. Pain went down from a 3 to a 1. We went in a couple of weeks later and the pain went down to a 0! Jennifer is amazing, I’m so happy I found her. She’s very professional, understanding and patient with all our questions. We highly recommend her !

I have been to Jen twice in less than a month. The first time I did a 30 min massage to get ready for race day. And again yesterday 6 days after completing a 50k. I felt taller and more relaxed after my 60 min deep tissue massage. She is great at what she does and very personable. Next appointment already booked
