I am Ashton Dawson a Licensed Massage Therapist (MT131666) and professional member of American Massage Therapy Associates I received me massage therapy education from Cortiva Institute in Houston, TX, and graduated with a 3.73 GPA. The program consisted of 732 clock-hours of instruction in Sciences, Ethics, and Massage modalities, and 73 practical-hours of clinic internship. I received training in Swedish Massage, Chair/Seated Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Russian Sports Massage, Structure Massage, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Cranial Sacral Therapy. It is my goal in the next ten years to be able to provide massage therapy to anyone who comes to me. I will train in modalities such as: Medical Massage, Oncology Massage, Pre-natal Massage, Post-natal Massage, Infant Massage, and other injury-specific related modalities. I will also work toward My Bachelor's in Kinesiology and Linguistics, and then work toward my doctorates of Chiropractic, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Herbology.
