I have been practicing in the Healing Arts for over 25 years. I now practice primarily CranioSacral Therapy, which I love for its gentle effectiveness. 

I also practice IntraOral therapy, which in CranioSacral  is used to work with the bones of the cranium and face, as well as the muscles of the jaw and mouth. Since graduating from the 650-hour licensing program at Brenneke School of Massage in 1995, I have worked with hundreds of clients and pursued hundreds of hours of continuing education, from aromatherapy and Reiki to reflexology, acupressure and deep tissue. I dabbled in sound healing, color and light therapy, and flower essences before turning solidly back to manual therapies and deciding to pursue training in CranioSacral Therapy. As of 3/2020 I have completed 238 hours of training and still have quite a few more classes I want to take! I have truly found my passion as this multi-dimensional modality addresses the whole person while effectively releasing long-held tension patterns in the body, allowing for ease and clarity.

Zakiah answered all my questions. She explained the different treatment modalities she was using and why. She is going to refer me to a practitioner in my area so I can receive additional treatments.
