I am a skilled in Pregnancy and Postpartumn Bodywork treatments.

I am a Birth Mentor for mothers, and fathers on their journey into parenthood. I have attended births for many years as a friend and since 2010 as a Holistic Birth Doula. This year I am honored to attend the birth of a baby who's mother's birth I was at 19 years ago!

The Shanti Center is my favorite place for body work in Whatcom county. All the practitioners are warm and caring experts. The space is beautiful and parking convenient. I have worked with Susanna for nearly a decade helping me address recovery from back surgery and maintenance on ongoing physical issues. I've also worked with Elizabeth and had tremendous results from all her wisdom and care. This is a fantastic home for taking care of your body.
