Lilly is an acupuncturist, herbalist and gardener. She practices a blend of five element acupuncture, Japanese acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. Over the years she has fallen in love with both the sophistication of Eastern Medicine and it’s life changing results. She especially enjoys helping patients move out of stress and anxiety, resolve digestive issues, transform pain and regulate patterns of imbalance in women's health.

She trusts in the potential for progress no matter how big or small of a change is needed. She knows that the capacity for healing resides inside each of us, often we just need some help along our journey. She is honored to serve as an anchor and a guide to her patients along their journey to wellness and feels a deep gratitude to be able to share this beautiful medicine that has deeply impacted her own life.

Lilly’s training includes a Masters in Acupuncture from the Middle Way Acupuncture Institute, three years training with the Clearpath School of Herbal Medicine, an apprenticeship in Ayurveda and training in Five Element Shiatsu.
