Jay S. Nahani

It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye. - Antoine de Saint Exupéry

I offer deep listening without fear of the unknown, creating safe space where people speak from their hearts and express themselves freely. Through art, words (on the page and out loud) and from our bodies, we discover what we need for health and wholeness. When you come for a session, your path could be clearly delineated (you have a piece of writing that wants to be written, and you need to be encouraged with thoughtful prompts and inquiries), or unknown (you feel compelled to work through an issue you’ve been holding onto, or pushing down, or even unaware of), or a cross section of both. With a masters in social work and training in the expressive arts, I deeply value tuning in and showing up with compassion. It is an honor to dance with clients in the mystery – where we open doors, peel back layers, cross thresholds and dive in, following our inner knowing. I look forward to witnessing and encouraging you on your path, as you step more fully into your true self.
