Wellness is my passion and nothing inspires me more than actualizing the healing potential of the mind-body connection. I completed a 500 hour yoga teacher training in 2009 and have since taught over 3,000 classes. The skill and experience working with healing that I've gained through years of teaching informs my massage therapy practice by way of strong intuition and grounded presence. To each bodywork session I bring a thorough training in anatomy, kinesiology and massage therapy with an earnest, heartfelt desire to help my clients feel at ease in their bodies, minds and hearts.
