I am a 2008 graduate from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester. I am Reiki Master/Shambala and have taken and continues to take advanced energy classes to enhance my intuition and help deepen your experience from receiving energy work.  I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic (most popular), Oncology, Elders, Aroma- therapy, Hot Stone &  I am passionate about Cupping.  It's a wonderful technique (99.5% will not leave cup kiss marks) that allows for a quicker release of knots, fascia release and tight, tense muscles.  Cupping is used mostly on the neck (a light suction on/off to relieve those sensitive muscles) and  On the back...It can be used on the rest of the body as well.  On the back  I use a gliding motion that feels fantastic and is calming to the nervous system that can put you into a deeper state of relaxation, can increase range of motion and over all well being!  I am passionate about health and well being on many levels.  I am an educator of Young Living Essential Oils, and I am a Law Of Attraction Life Coach.
