TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. These classes are available on Zoom. Schedule at the Attune Touch location for virtual sessions and classes.

Distance Healing

Jenna completed the Healing from the Core Distance Healing training, to learn Suzanne Scurlock's methods, and hone the skills from other modalities, that can transfer to virtual and intentional healing work with clients. Since Suzanne Scurlock, is also a CranioSacral Therapy (CST) instructor, this training is in line with many of the basic tenets of CST, (including SomatoEmotional Release,) which has been Jenna's main in-office modality. Through the Healing from the Core method, and utilizing alternative healing and intentional modalities that Jenna has studied and practiced since the 1990’s, she assists you to become more grounded, present, and attuned to your body’s innate healing capacity. This is interactive to facilitate, support, and empower you.

Bodywork

Advanced CranioSacral Therapy

Intensive small group study working multi-hands (multiple practitioners treating a client at the same time) allows for practice working on life changing issues with clients from various backgrounds and history. Receiving treatments during Advanced CranioSacral Intensive groups allows the practitioners to explore their own healing capacity, enabling the practitioner to be more available for deeper healing experiences with their clients.

The Brain Speaks TBS 1&2

TBS utilizes all of the techniques and paradigms of CranioSacral Therapy, including direct palpation, all the techniques of Whole Body Evaluation, and Therapeutic Imagery and Dialogue, to explore and work directly with the brain. TBS1 introduces a relationship with the brain and teaches practitioners to work therapeutically with the brain and its parts. TBS2 builds upon the skills of TBS1. Whereas TBS1 is a brain overview course, TBS2 utilizes the skills introduced and developed in TBS1 and uses them to explore and work with specific dysfunctions and patterns encountered frequently in clinical practice.

Jenna has worked first as a study and then as a teaching assistant, to learn and share techniques and strategies for working with various presentations of stress, depletion and complexity.

CHI Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Lymph Drainage Therapy is a cutting edge hands-on method of lymphatic drainage developed by Bruno Chikly, MD, DO. It was created out of his award-winning research on the lymphatic system consistent with recent scientific discoveries. LDT practitioners use their hands to assess and enhance overall circulation as well as determine the best alternate pathways for draining stagnant body fluid (lymph, interstitial, synovial fluid, etc…). Therapists work with flat hands, using all the fingers to simulate gentle, specific wave-like movements. These subtle manual maneuvers activate lymph and interstitial fluid circulation as well as stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems.
