Excellent! Very professional and felt completely at ease with Carmen’s knowledge and skills. Carmen focused on the areas that I had major issues with and helped relieve the tension and stress located at these trigger points.

Carmen discussed with me what type of massage was best for me that day based on the information I had described in the new client questionnaire. She was respectful of privacy at all times. I got on the table and she began. Strong, but gentle, she addressed the areas of my body causing the most discomfort to me. WOW!!! This was my first ever massage and I was rejuvenated after that hour. I highly recommend Carmen, as the therapist!!! And I highly suggest Belle Therapy!!!!
