I communicate with clients and use a variety of techniques to alleviate muscle pain and release adhesions, I also employ trigger point acupressure to break up tension and relax areas that have been overworked or injured. I am trained in Hot Stone massage, Cupping, myofacial release, reflexology, Swedish massage and i'm also a Reiki practitioner.

Gregg always inquires as to how I am doing and if anything has changed since the last massage. He'll adjust what he does based on my responses and how my muscles/tissues are reacting during the massage. Time and money well spent!

Gregg was awesome! My massage was a perfect combo of stress relief and muscle repair. Gregg was able to find where my muscle tightness was stemming from and move and release them to get them to loosen up. He definitely knows the body well and gives a great deep tissue massage! He is very thorough.

Gregg has always been very professional and considerate. He offers and looks for feedback from clients, allowing clients to tell him what worked, what didn't, and what they are comfortable with. He sounds very knowledgeable about the practice and has offered suggestions for practices that could be done at home as well. Overall, I've had great experiences! I have learned a lot about what my body needs and always leave feeling relaxed!
