After many years in the legal industry, loss of a loved one, and life in general, I realized I was not taking care of my health or living the life intended for me so I began a new chapter.  I began receiving therapeutic treatments on my skin to try to erase the years of stress, working with a functional medicine practitioner on my nutrition and hormones,  and began a regime of pilates, yoga and massage.  I felt blessed to be able find the right people to nurture me back to health with the right information and technology and realized there were many women and men who were struggling like I had been.  I decided to enter the medical esthetics industry to reach those people and give back what I had received.  I am constantly studying, researching and attending workshops to stay up on the latest health and wellness information for both the outside and inside of our amazing bodies.   I love being instrumental in providing women and men the tools to feel and look their best at any age.
