I have focused my adult life on healthy living and fitness.  Along with being a licensed Massage Therapist I have an Associate’s degree in Exercise Science. I worked several years as a personal trainer.  I also worked several years in the corporate world and understand the "pain in the neck" that can be.

I love to see clients when they have that "ah ha" moment about taking care of themselves. To feel their muscles loosen, to get up off the table and feel better.   I have skeptics come in and say “well I have tried everything else”. Once they give massage a try for  a regular period of time they see and feel the difference.

Massage is no miracle cure. It will not make a hip without cartilage any better, surgery can. It will relieve you of pain and stress.  In these uncertain and stressful times, now more than ever, it is important to get regular massage to help you through your days.

What I offer at Peaceful Strength Massage Therapy is individual service. Each massage, each appointment is for the individual and their needs of the day. Every massage uses a variety of massage techniques that I have been trained in. I believe a good massage is more about the client therapist relationship that you build with them than about the building, the smelly oils, the candles and the fancy titled serviced offered. If good physical and mental health is a priority for you give Peaceful Strength Massage Therapy a try.

I have be going to Lisa for a monthly massage for fr six years. She is the massage therapist I'll is have gone to. My only regret is that I only have one left, since I'm moving in a month. Many good wishes to you Lisa. Frank Gallinaro

Lisa is a very friendly and warm person. I enjoyed her soft spoken voice when she spoke, and Lisa is well versed on different subjects. She is patient, kind, and compassionate. I really liked the wide table that she has, because one size does not fit all customers. Lisa's rooms for business are nicely done and well kept. Best regards, Diane (Sunny) Murphy

I’ve been coming to Lisa now for quite a while. I feel like the Thai body work she does has helped me immensely in recovering from a back injury I had a little before I discovered this type of therapy. And now that I’m what I’d call 98% back to normal (which is what the spinal doc said to not expect more than) I still go to keep me in good flexibility condition. It also is a pretty good stress reliever, and Lisa is great! I would recommend her to anyone who wants to find out what this is and what it can do for you.

I was having muscle spasms in my middle back but after one session of Thai Massage Bodywork, it is almost gone. I will definetly be back.

The calm setting of the workspace is peaceful. Lisa's knowledge and commitment to help fix the hurt I was feeling due to a neck injury was an important facet in helping me 'get better'. This type of massage balanced the PT and Swedish massage I am in. I believe this massage helped greatly. I highly recommend Lisa either for relaxation or as in my case, helping to heal and 'get better'.

So lucky I found Lisa. She was kind, knowledgeable, and seemed very able and willing to help with my sports injury. I feel better after just one session. Looking forward to more!

I like that she explains the rationale for what she does during the session and offers suggestions for exercises to be done at home
