Donna is a graduate of the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, N.H.  She is trained in several modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Seated Massage.  She has received extensive training in Positional Release Therapy, which incorporates Strain/Counter Strain and Muscle Energy Technique, from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Wellness in Stockbridge, MA.  She is also certified in Myofascial Mobilization Technique, Pre/Peri-natal Massage (Carole Osborne- Body Therapy Education), and received continued education in Cranio-Sacral Technique by the Upledger Institute and Lymphatic Balancing-Total Body of the D'Ambrogio Institute.


Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Donna obtained a B.S. degree in Nutrition in 1984, and became a nationally registered/state licensed dietitian.  After working as a dietitian in area hospitals and nursing homes, while raising three children, she returned to school seeking a career change in 2009.
After becoming nationally certified and licensed in the state of N.H. as a massage therapist, she has seen her clients benefit tangibly and profoundly.  Her goals, as a therapist in massage, are to facilitate one's own capacity to self-heal, and to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.  Each of her clients receive an individualized therapeutic massage session, often using a combination of the different modalities, depending on the client's condition.  Many of her clients come back time and time again.
