When I'm not performing massage or yoga, you can find me all around the state of Minnesota teaching massage and self-care techniques through the community education sectors in Albertville,  Anoka, Andover, Blaine, Cambridge, Coon Rapids, Isanti, Maple Grove, Osseo, and St. Michael. I also host a number of on-site classes right in the heart of Monticello at our studio. 

I have a long standing working relationship with the Buffalo Hospital Foundation and Cargill. I do educational presentations for the over worked and over stressed professionals in my area as well.
