If you're looking for a break from reality and would like to begin appreciating the little things again instead of being chronically frazzled, I can help. Utilizing a medium-firm pressure and long, broad, gliding strokes, my massages restore length and mobility to contracted muscles. I also do more focused trigger point work to relieve both acute and chronic pain patterns.

Jessica exudes nurturance and kindness. She demonstrates intuition as she works, finding areas that need attention even if you were not previously aware of them. The atmosphere here is calm and inviting. Jessica's training and knowledge are very apparent when you work with her. A few weeks before meeting her, I had been in a car accident resulting in a neck injury. She was able to aid in the healing process, restoring my muscles to their natural state.
