I have completed over 1,200 hours  in massage modalities, including Aesthetics. I specialize in Therapeutic Massage, customizing each massage to each client’s specific needs. My training includes Swedish, Orthopedic Massage, Cranialsacral Therapy, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Prenatal, Hospital Massage, Acupressure, Reflexology, Headache Relief, Cupping, Kinesio Taping, Relaxation, Pain Management and Postural Improvement.  

I strive to help each client individually with their overall well-being, as no person or massage is ever the same.  I treat each client as a whole; body, mind and spirit.

I am a lifelong learner and I continue to educate myself in new modalities to assist each clients' specific needs.
